Rototech manufactures all evaporation and drying equipment in-house at our GIDC Ahmedabad facility — maintaining full quality control from raw material inspection through fabrication, testing, and dispatch. All systems undergo Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before shipment.

Fabrication
Shell-and-tube heat exchangers, pressure vessels, columns, and custom process equipment in SS 304/316L, Duplex, and Titanium.
Assembly & Erection
Complete system assembly in workshop — piping, instrumentation, panels — before dispatch for faster site erection.
NDT & Testing
RT, UT, DPT, MPT, and hydraulic pressure testing per IBR/ASME standards. Full PMI traceability on all alloy materials.
Factory Acceptance Test
All equipment undergoes FAT in Ahmedabad before dispatch — clients can witness testing prior to shipment.
