Spray Dryer Questions
Rototech designs spray dryers ranging from lab-scale (10 kg/hr) to large industrial units evaporating over 5,000 kg/hr of water. Every system is custom-sized based on your feed material and target throughput.
We provide both Rotary Disc atomisers (for higher viscosity and flexible particle sizing) and Pressure Nozzle setups (for uniform spheres). Two-fluid nozzles are also available for specific pharma-grade applications.
Yes. By utilizing high vacuum or strictly controlled inlet/outlet temperatures, we ensure the product core temperature remains low, preserving nutrients, flavours, and active ingredients in dairy, fruit juice, and herbal extracts.
As a standard, all contact parts are fabricated in SS 304 or SS 316L with high-grade internal polishing. For food and pharma, we adhere to strict sanitary design standards with mirror-finish surfaces.
