Pollution Control System Questions
Key inputs include gas flow rate, inlet temperature, dust type/loading, particle size, moisture, corrosive components, required outlet limits, and available utilities. With this, we can recommend cyclone/bag filter/scrubber combinations and size the equipment.
Bag filters are excellent for dry dust with high collection efficiency. Wet scrubbers are useful where gas cooling, sticky dust, or soluble gases are present. Selection depends on your process gas chemistry and dust characteristics.
