Quality management system certification — documented procedures for design, procurement, fabrication, and testing.
IBR Certification (where applicable)
Pressure vessels and steam-carrying equipment fabricated per Indian Boiler Regulations with IBR-approved material certificates and inspection.
NDT: RT, UT, DPT, MPT
All weld joints on pressure equipment tested by approved Third Party Inspection agencies; full RT/UT reports supplied with equipment.
PMI (Positive Material Identification)
All alloy materials (SS 316L, Duplex, Hastelloy) verified by PMI at goods receipt and on completed components.
FAT & Performance Guarantee
Factory acceptance trial at our Ahmedabad workshop prior to dispatch; performance trial at site with guaranteed evaporation capacity and steam consumption.
