A well-designed ETP is the first and most critical step towards achieving Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD). By effectively removing suspended solids, oils, fats, and organic matter (COD/BOD), our systems protect downstream evaporation and membrane units from fouling, thereby enhancing overall plant reliability and energy efficiency.

Treatment Methodology

Primary Treatment: Includes screening, grit removal, oil and grease trapping, and neutralization. Our advanced Clariflocculators effectively remove suspended solids and heavy metals through chemical coagulation and sedimentation.

Secondary (Biological) Treatment: This is the core of the ETP where organic matter (BOD) is biodegraded. We offer multiple technologies including Activated Sludge Process (ASP), MBBR (Moving Bed Bio-Reactor), SBR (Sequential Batch Reactor), and MBR (Membrane Bio-Reactor) based on the space availability and effluent complexity.

Tertiary Treatment: Fine polishing of treated water using Multi-Grade Sand Filters (MGF), Activated Carbon Filters (ACF), and Ultrafiltration (UF) to remove residual color, odor, and fine particulates, making the water ready for reuse or RO feed.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensures treated water parameters (pH, TSS, COD, BOD, Oil & Grease) are consistently within legal limits.
